We’re based in Shreveport, Louisiana, and proudly serve our local racquet and golf community as well as customers nationwide.
Do you have a storefront?
Not yet! The Preaux Shoppe is currently an online boutique. We also partner with select local clubs and facilities to make shopping—and receiving your order—even easier.
How quickly will my order ship?
We work to get your Preaux finds on their way as quickly as possible. In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Local delivery is available to select tennis, pickleball, and golf facilities in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Available delivery options will appear at checkout based on your order and location.
How does complimentary club delivery work?
Members of participating Preaux Shoppe partner clubs may be eligible for complimentary club delivery. Select your qualifying delivery option at checkout and we’ll bring your order to the designated club location.
What is your return or exchange policy?

Absolutely. Preaux finds make pretty great gifts, if we do say so ourselves. You can ship your order directly to the recipient, and gift options may be selected when available.
